In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a request number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund as per the product value. In such a case, shipping charges; gift wrapping charges and/or any other extra charges incurred to make it a special case delivery will not be refunded.
Any shipping cost incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
In case an item is undelivered, unclaimed or returned due to customer issues; shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
You can cancel your order if the product has not been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
A delivered order can be only cancelled in case of Defects/Damage/Non-Functionality.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order. There will be cancellation charge of 5% applicable on such cancellations. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
