1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For size exchanges or customer preference returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
